Jaroslav and Dominik Vacek creates large–format, light-infused epoxy resin works — objects positioned between artwork, material research and spatial experience. Each piece begins with a material: wood that carries the trace of time, minerals shaped by geological processes far older than us, metal marking transformation and continuity. We work these materials together, layering them in resin and light, to create pieces that hold their own presence in a room.

Our practice draws on natural structures, cosmological principles and archetypal symbolism, themes that have followed humanity throughout its search for meaning. But we don't set out to illustrate a fixed idea. Each artifact is left open: a surface for contemplation, where the viewer brings their own relationship to the work.
